Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is a catalyst for transformation.
Classes vary weekly depending on what kriya the teacher decides to teach, but each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. Experience yourself deeply and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness, mental clarity and happiness.
Active relaxation through mindful movement. Sessions incorporate Blankets, Bolsters, Blocks, Yoga Therapy Balls, Straps and Eye Pillows for your support, comfort and relaxation. Variations are given for each posture allowing you to find your own best practice.

Gentle Somatic Yoga® incorporates slow, mindful movements amplifying body awareness. This allows the practitioner to release persistent stress-based patterns from within their body (Soma). In Gentle Somatic Yoga we do not intend to stretch muscles in order to achieve results. Instead, we go to the root cause of muscular pain, which is found in the brain, and reprogram habitual patterns of stress held deep within the body (Soma).
Gentle Somatic Yoga is an innovative blend of Hatha Yoga, Hanna Somatic Education, Core Energetics, Pranayama (breathing techniques), visualizations and meditations.
Yin Yoga is a quiet practice that invites stillness of the mind and body. In this slow paced class, we hold positions for longer periods of time. Exploring poses this way we invite our connective tissues to relax and lengthen over time and creating greater range of motion. This session ends with a deep relaxation and a meditation practice.
We begin with gentle movement to unwind and prepare ourselves before we melt into our Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice inducing full body relaxation and a deep meditative state.
Resting into an extended relaxation or Savasana and turning all senses inward, you are guided step by step into your journey. As you move into a meditative state, you gradually find yourself in a state of harmony and relaxation, in which your brain waves slow down.
