Together, we’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques designed to foster inner calm and presence. You’ll be guided through mindfulness practices that bring you into the moment, as well as self-inquiry and contemplation prompts for deeper reflection. To support focus and balance, we’ll also work with concentration methods that can be integrated into everyday life.

In this healing self-care session, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your divine essence.
We’ll begin with grounding practices that anchor you in the present moment and create a steady inner sanctuary you can return to whenever life feels heavy. You’ll also learn how to clear energies you may have absorbed from others, strengthen your aura, and establish clear energetic boundaries that protect your vitality and space.
Together, we’ll nurture your intuitive abilities, deepening your ability to listen to your inner guidance. This connection will help you recognize what uplifts and energizes you, and what depletes your energy. Empowering you to move through life with clarity, resilience, and trust in yourself.

BREATHE & BE KIND
This supportive space to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or cacao and reconnect with your divine essence. This session includes breathwork, meditation, journal prompts, and optional community sharing.

These sessions offer a space for spiritual reflection, shared dialogue, gentle movement, conscious breathing, mantra, music, and meditation. Together, we rest in connection with ourselves, each other, and the presence of Divine Love. This is a heartfelt space for greater ease, clarity, and a sense of inner peace.

Reconnect with your inner calm and set a peaceful tone for the week ahead. This is a gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga using various props to support your body. When your body feels supported it sends the message it is safe to relax. When the body relaxes in this way a deep rest and healing can occur.
Restorative yoga allows you to relax and rest deeply and completely. It is a soothing, nurturing and slow paced practice promoting the healing effects of rest.
This is especially helpful for insomnia and anxiety.
