Together, we’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques designed to foster inner calm and presence. You’ll be guided through mindfulness practices that bring you into the moment, as well as self-inquiry and contemplation exercises for deeper reflection. To support focus and balance, we’ll also work with concentration methods that can be integrated into everyday life.

These practices become powerful tools for personal growth, self-awareness, and lasting well-being helping you carry peace and mindfulness beyond the meditation cushion and into daily living.

In this healing self-care session, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your divine essence especially in times of overwhelm or external pressure.


We’ll begin with grounding practices that anchor you in the present moment and create a steady inner sanctuary you can return to whenever life feels heavy. You’ll also learn how to clear energies you may have absorbed from others, strengthen your aura, and establish clear energetic boundaries that protect your vitality and space.


Together, we’ll nurture your intuitive abilities, deepening your ability to listen to your inner guidance. This connection will help you recognize what uplifts and energizes you, and what depletes your energy.  Empowering you to move through life with clarity, resilience, and trust in yourself.


You’ll leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and equipped with practical tools to stay strong, vibrant, and aligned with your true essence. This is a journey of self-discovery and renewal. Allowing you to embody your divine essence and share your light with the world.

Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, is a powerful practice designed to awaken your inner energy, elevate your consciousness, and support transformation on every level. 


This class integrates movement, breath, sound, and meditation to create a complete mind-body-spirit experience.

Each class is a journey. We begin with warm-ups to prepare the body, followed by pranayama (breathing techniques) to center and energize. The heart of the class is the kriya which is a specific sequence of postures, movements, and breath patterns that target particular areas of the body, mind, or energy system. After working through the kriya, you’ll rest deeply in relaxation, allowing the body to integrate the practice. 

Come and amplify your vibration  and leave with a sense of clarity, balance, and inner radiance.


Through consistent practice, students often experience:

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that invites you to slow down, release tension, and find stillness in both body and mind. 


Yin is a deeply restorative practice where postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing you to soften into each shape and create space for relaxation, grounding, and emotional release.


In this class, we focus on floor-based poses that gently target the body’s connective tissues, fascia, joints, and ligaments. By relaxing into each posture with mindful breathing, the body has time to open and lengthen, gradually increasing flexibility and mobility. This process also helps to improve circulation, balance the body’s energy, and cultivate a sense of calm from within.


Yin Yoga offers a sanctuary for the nervous system. The extended stillness invites you to tune inward, quiet the busy mind, and develop a meditative awareness that encourages deep inner peace. Many students find this practice not only restorative for the body but also profoundly healing for the heart and mind helping to release stress, emotions, and tension held beneath the surface.


Each session concludes with deep relaxation and a guided meditation, leaving you with a sense of spaciousness, balance, and renewal.

Gentle Somatic Yoga® incorporates slow, mindful movements amplifying body awareness. This allows the practitioner to release persistent stress-based patterns from within their body (Soma). In Gentle Somatic Yoga we do not intend to stretch muscles in order to achieve results. Instead, we go to the root cause of muscular pain, which is found in the brain, and reprogram habitual patterns of stress held deep within the body (Soma).


Gentle Somatic Yoga is an innovative blend of Hatha Yoga, Hanna Somatic Education, Core Energetics, Pranayama (breathing techniques), visualizations and meditations.

At the center of our being is the conscious core. Join me to explore this unchanging core that remains steady even when life becomes chaotic. Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice inducing full body relaxation and a deep meditative state. We begin with gentle movement to unwind and prepare.   


You will be guided into different layers of consciousness through guided meditation. This practice is extremely deep and can bring new awareness and peace.


Experience relaxation on all levels as we rest deeply into ourselves through this expanded awareness practice.

This is an invitation to awaken together, to embody peace, and to be active participants in the collective healing of our planet.


This class is a sacred space to come together as a collective and tap into the universal source energy that connects us all. By gathering with clear intention, we create the opportunity to experience peace, joy, and healing within ourselves, while also radiating that energy outward into the greater collective field. When we align our hearts and minds in this way, we not only uplift our own spirit but also contribute to raising the frequency of humanity as a whole.


Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork (pranayama), mantra, and guided practices to deepen awareness and connection. We’ll also engage in a collective healing circle, where our shared energy amplifies and supports both individual and group transformation. This powerful synergy encourages harmony, balance, and a sense of belonging.

The class closes with a dedicated intention to send the energy we’ve cultivated into the world—to raise global consciousness, spread compassion, and inspire positive change.

 Reconnect with your inner calm and set a peaceful tone for the week ahead. This is a gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga using various props to support your body. When your body feels supported it sends the message it is safe to relax. When the body relaxes in this way a deep rest and healing can occur. 


Restorative yoga allows you to relax and rest deeply and completely. It is a soothing, nurturing and slow paced practice promoting the healing effects of rest. 


This is especially helpful for insomnia and anxiety.

Our natural state is one of Divine Love.. This session ignites this inner love. Join this free flowing sharing of love, devotion, music, meditation and healing. Embrace an open heart and connect with the essence of Divine Love.

This class includes Gentle Movement, Pranayama, Mantra and Music. Optional to hang out after for CommUNITY Tea and talk.
