In this self-care session, you will learn techniques to reconnect with your divine essence, especially when faced with overwhelm or external pressure.
We will explore grounding practices that serve as anchors, to feel grounded in the present moment. These practices will also provide an inner sanctuary when you’re faced with feeling overwhelmed.
By clearing yourself of others energies you will strengthen your aura, and create a protective shield around your energy and space. Through various methods you will release energies that you may have absorbed from others, and establish clear boundaries for your personal energy and space.

Kundalini Yoga is considered the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is a catalyst for transformation.
Although classes vary weekly depending on the kriya we explore, each class always includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayama), a movement set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation.
Experience your true nature and notice a transformation towards physical strength, heightened awareness, mental clarity and happiness.
Yin Yoga is a quiet practice that invites stillness of the mind and body. In this slow paced class, we hold shapes for longer periods of time. Allowing you to ground your energy and create space for relaxation and emotional release.
Practicing in this way we invite our connective tissues and fascia to relax and lengthen over time, creating greater range of motion. This session ends with a deep relaxation and a meditation practice.
This meditative yoga practice is mostly floor based.
Gentle Somatic Yoga® incorporates slow, mindful movements amplifying body awareness. This allows the practitioner to release persistent stress-based patterns from within their body (Soma). In Gentle Somatic Yoga we do not intend to stretch muscles in order to achieve results. Instead, we go to the root cause of muscular pain, which is found in the brain, and reprogram habitual patterns of stress held deep within the body (Soma).
Gentle Somatic Yoga is an innovative blend of Hatha Yoga, Hanna Somatic Education, Core Energetics, Pranayama (breathing techniques), visualizations and meditations.

BREATHE & BE KIND
This supportive space to enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or cacao and reconnect with your divine essence. This session includes breathwork, meditation, journal prompts, and community sharing.
At the center of our being is the conscious core. Join me to explore this unchanging core that remains steady even when life becomes chaotic. Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep or sleep with awareness, is an ancient practice inducing full body relaxation and a deep meditative state. We begin with gentle movement to unwind and prepare.
You will be guided into different layers of consciousness through guided meditation. This practice is extremely deep and can bring new awareness and peace.
Experience relaxation on all levels as we rest deeply into ourselves through this expanded awareness practice.
These sessions include spiritual reflection, discussion, gentle movement, intentional breathing, mantra, music, and meditation. Together we will deepen our connection with Divine Love, creating greater health, peace, wisdom & Joy.

Reconnect with your inner calm and set a peaceful tone for the week ahead. This is a gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga using various props to support your body. When your body feels supported it sends the message it is safe to relax. When the body relaxes in this way a deep rest and healing can occur.
Restorative yoga allows you to relax and rest deeply and completely. It is a soothing, nurturing and slow paced practice promoting the healing effects of rest.
This is especially helpful for insomnia and anxiety.
Our natural state is one of Divine Love.. This session ignites this inner love. Join this free flowing sharing of love, devotion, music, meditation and healing. Embrace an open heart and connect with the essence of Divine Love.
