WHAT IS YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative and contemplative practice. Its focus is the deepest tissues of the body, the deep facial networks and meridians, as well as our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones. This is contrast to a Yang styles of yoga such as Hatha or Vinyasa which focus on the muscles.

Yin yoga enhances energy flow, improving circulation of chi through the organs bringing harmony through the physical body and the energy body.
